Stefan has made these thank you cards to help you say thanks
for helping make my day special. The cards have a hand touched
image of your choice printed on fine art, acid free, alpha
cellulose, photo paper. If your guests mount these prints in a
frame they will have a beautiful 6 inch x 4 inch portrait that
they can treasure for decades to come.
Any enlargements you or your guests order will be taken
care of in-house. Stefan is able to retouch images to remove
blemishes and apply special effects using high end imaging
software. Printing will also be performed in-house where
Stefan's high end printers, and fully colour managed workflow
ensure that individual images are printed without compromise.
This is almost impossible using external printing facilities and
Stefan prides himself on being able to use his many years of
image making expertise to nurse each image from creation through
to final print.
Different papers can be used in the printing process and each has its own
special qualities. All the papers are produced by British paper
mill, Hahnemühle, who have been making art paper for 420 years.
The pigments used to print onto the paper have been tested for
light fastness and durability under lab conditions. Every print
that leaves Stefan's care will give decades of pleasure when
mounted in appropriate frames.
SATIN
Stefan uses a satin paper for most printing unless one of
the fine art papers is specified. This does not mean it's a
compromise though. Stefan has spent as long choosing and
profiling this paper as any of the others. What it lacks
slightly in heart and soul it gains in affordability so that
everybody can afford to have an image professionally printed.
FINE ART BARYTA
325 gsm 100% alpha-cellulose, bright white, Gloss FineArt Baryta is a paper
that sets the benchmark for high colour depth, large colour
gamut and image definition. This paper gives the "wow" factor
particularly to black and white prints with an extremely high
dmax and the finest grey tones. The very fine surface texture
with baryta gloss coating creates striking black and white

SUGAR CANE
300 gsm, 75% bagasse fibre, 25% cotton, smooth, natural white. Sugar Cane
combines the high standards of a FineArt inkjet paper with
responsible use of raw materials. A “bagasse” pulp is used that
is a by-product of raw sugar production. The cotton portion is
made from recycling Hahnemühle's own paper waste. Sugar Cane
